The company carries out an Annual Workplace Culture, Engagement & JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) Survey of all staff every January, measuring how people experience working at the company, including satisfaction, wellbeing, engagement, belonging, and fairness. Participation is entirely optional. Responses are anonymous by default. Results are reviewed in aggregate to help improve the workplace.
The next survey will be carried out on 25 January 2027.
The Partners review the survey responses and identify any actions that could or should be taken in response. They then prepare and present a Business and Strategy Update bi-annually, taking on board any relevant feedback received in previous Staff Feedback Surveys.
This policy will be reviewed every 12 months or in response to significant changes in legislation, company operations, or social/environmental considerations. Next review .
