Principles

  1. The company seeks, considers, and addresses worker feedback on decisions that affect them.
  2. The company seeks feedback from the workers affected by a decision, or their representative.
  3. The company communicates its decision and how it considered feedback back to the relevant workers, or their representative.

Strategy

The company carries out an annual survey of all staff every January, measuring how people experience working at the company, including satisfaction, wellbeing, engagement, belonging, and fairness. Participation is entirely optional. Responses are anonymous by default. Results are reviewed in aggregate to help improve the workplace.

The next survey will be carried out on 25 January 2027.

Review

This policy will be reviewed every 12 months or in response to significant changes in legislation, company operations, or social/environmental considerations. Next review .
